A separate cell to monitor the progress of the students in all fronts especially in academic and to assist them in the right direction is done through Proctorial system.

The main objective of the system is to maintain a healthy relationship between teachers and students so that it helps in the improvement of overall academic performance in the examination and gives the student a measure of self confidence.

A group of 20 students is assigned to the Department faculty known as Proctor. As the student takes admission to the Institute, his/her attendance progress, Internal Marks, Results of University Examination, behavior in the class room, with friends and associations, are closely monitored. If the proctor feels that a particular student needs counseling on any of these above issues, he/she will be counseled. The proctor will maintain the record of each student for his/her entire course and the academic and other details are entered as and when they are available. The college encourages parents to be in regular contact with the Proctor/HOD/Principal.
