Dr. Mahesha Kumbeeshwar brings over 22 years of experience in teaching, administration, and research. He earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University in 2010, specializing in noise and vibration. As a research supervisor, he has guided three doctoral scholars and is currently mentoring two more in surface coatings, vibration damping, and dynamic mechanical analysis.

His leadership has strengthened industry and international collaborations, enabling internships, exchange programs, and industry training. He has led AICTE and VGST sponsored projects, published 15+ international journal papers, chaired technical sessions at global conferences, and contributed actively to outcome based education as Dean. A life member of MRSI, ISTE, and TSI, he also mentors student teams for national and international competitions.
