Objectives
  • Promote Holistic Development of Women Students

    Organize training programs that strengthen communication, career readiness, financial literacy, and technical competencies.

    Motivate women students to actively participate in technical events, research activities, clubs, sports, and institutional decision-making forums.

    1. Programs on women’s health, hygiene, and nutrition

  • Skill Development Activities

    1. Communication and soft-skill training

    2. Technical skill enhancement workshops

    3. Financial literacy and career planning sessions

  • Mentoring and Networking

    1. Facilitate mentoring support through faculty and accomplished alumnae.

    2. Invite successful women professionals for guest lectures and interactions.

  • Celebrate National and International Observances

    1. Organize activities for International Women's Day and other relevant occasions to promote awareness and inspiration.

  • Provide Guidance and Referral Support

    1. Guide students to appropriate institutional bodies (such as counseling services or grievance committees) when required.

  • Collaborate with Institutional Cells

    1. Work with NSS, Youth Red Cross, Entrepreneurship Cell, and Training & Placement to expand opportunities for women students.

  • Documentation and Reporting

    1. Maintain records of programs conducted.

    2. Track participation and outcomes.

    3. Submit reports to IQAC for quality audits and accreditation.
