The Anti-Ragging Committee of Sri Krishna Institute of Technology organized Anti-Ragging Day and Week from 12th to 18th August 2026 for the academic year 2026–2027, in accordance with the applicable regulatory guidelines. The programme aimed to create awareness among students and staff about preventing ragging and promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive educational environment.
Various awareness activities were conducted throughout the week, including an Anti-Ragging Poster Making Design competition on 12th August, an Anti-Ragging Quiz on 13th August, and an Anti-Ragging Essay activity on 14th August. An Anti-Ragging Awareness Programme through drama was conducted on 17th August, followed by documentary video screenings and the Anti-Ragging Day Celebration on 18th August 2026.
The activities encouraged student participation and highlighted the importance of mutual respect, responsible behaviour, and a ragging-free campus.
