Functions
Planning and Organization of Sports Activities
Prepare the annual sports calendar aligned with the academic schedule and organize Sports Day, athletic meets, and recreational tournaments.Coaching, Training, and Team Formation
Provide professional coaching, conduct practice sessions and selection trials, and prepare college teams for competitions.Tournament Participation and Coordination
Facilitate participation in university and intercollegiate events, including logistics, travel arrangements, and permissions.Infrastructure and Resource Management
Ensure maintenance and upgradation of sports facilities, procure and manage equipment, and maintain proper stock and usage records.Safety, Recognition, and Documentation
Promote safe playing conditions, recommend scholarships and awards, maintain records of achievements, and provide reports for IQAC/NAAC documentation.
