Functions
Examination Planning & Scheduling
Prepare the academic assessment calendar in line with the university schedule.
Coordinate Internal Assessments, make-up exams, and practical examinations.
Arrange seating plans and invigilation duty charts.Question Paper Management
Collect and moderate question papers from departments.
Ensure adherence to syllabus coverage and Bloom’s taxonomy / Outcome-Based Education (OBE)Conduct of Internal Examinations
Issue examination notifications and guidelines.
Monitor exam hall discipline through squad/inspection mechanisms.
Ensure availability of required logistics.Evaluation Process
Coordinate centralized valuation where applicable.
