Cultural is an integral part of every individual and it plays a very important role in academics which refresh and nourishes everyone from regular routine, as per calendar of events and management decision we celebrated the biggest cultural fest YUVAN-2022 on 17 th and 18 th June 2022.Yuvan was an intra collegiate fest happened under SREIS which was hosted by SKIT. Yuvan was a huge cultural platform for SREIS youths to showcase their talent and rejoice, this event was conducted to bring out the hidden talent of our students, also to build leadership, team building, coordination, harmony and social connectivity among students and staff under SREIS.
The biggest cultural event YUVAN-2022 was scheduled for two days on 17 th and 18 th June 2022 which was sponsored by redline motors, Hope traders and saloon de elegance. Number of competitions held on 17 th &18 th which includes technical, fun, dramatic, dancing, singing, personality test, art, fashion, talent hunt and many more, Students from KMV Red hills, SKP, Raghavendra College of nursing & SKIT students were part of our fest.
On 18 th evening huge crowd of students and staff were entertained with a series of programs like Hindi and Kannada rap show by MC bijju and 12 members team followed by concert from our great alumni Varna Chawan and exciting DJ night by professional DJ- Martin D’Souza. Students were enthusiastically framed the event and same was executed by the student core team and monitored by cultural co coordinators. YUVAN-2022 was a successful event in SKIT which remains in everyone’s heart.
The annual Cultural Fest KRISHNA MANTHANA-2019 was Inaugurated on 04.05.2019 in the Auditorium at Sri Krishna Institute of Technology. Dr. S.V. Prakash, Dean Academics and R&D, presided the function. Dr. K.S. JagadeeshGowda, HOD Computer Science & Engineering welcomed the gathering. The annual college report was read by Prof. Geetha Megharaj and all the academic toppers , sports and cultural events achievers were honored on the occasion. Dr. S.V. Prakash delivered presidential address. Finally the program ended with vote of thanks by Prof. Mamatha.
The colorful events like DJ, fashion show, Dance performance were organized in the evening by our students and it was a grand success. Also the gathering was entertained by a rapper and singer.
As an annual event, Cultural Fest Krishna Manthana was organized on 27th April, 2018. The academic toppers, Sports achievers of 2016-17 were awarded with certificate and medals. Students showcased their talents through dance, skit, Fashion Show, Singing, instrumental etc.
